- First open the patient record and click “Progress” on the top tab.

2. The progress tab is now visible, showing the following:
- Progress status summary, which describes how the patient/client is going overall on their care plan
- Various health measurement data collected from the tasks
- Alerts for upcoming tasks the patient / client, or health/service provider is due to complete
- Activity from both patient/client and providers is also listed in the bottom right corner

3. You can open each health measurement and see the trend over time.
Note: These measurements are collected from tasks you set the patioent/client. They can add the values manually through the app, or they can be automatically collected though the phone health connection interface: Apple Healthkit (iPhone and iPads), or Google Health Connect (Android phones, such as Pixel and Samsung).
