Nomadic Care supports care plan tasks that help patients and providers follow through on care actions. Tasks may include reminders, health check-ins, medication-related actions, form completion, exercise tasks, appointments, telehealth follow-ups and other care activities.

Overview #

Tasks help turn a care plan into clear actions. Instead of giving a patient a long list of instructions verbally or on paper, the provider can assign tasks that appear in the patient app.

This helps patients know what to do and helps providers see what has been completed.
