Nomadic Care Carer Account Setup

This guide explains how to create a Nomadic Care carer account and add the person you care for.

Setup usually takes 3–5 minutes.

What is a Nomadic Care Carer Account? #

A carer account allows you to manage care for a family member or someone you support.

With a carer account you can:

  • Track care tasks
  • View care plans
  • Invite doctors or clinicians
  • Invite other family members to help
  • Manage up to 3 patients

You can manage up to 3 people on the standard carer plan.

How do I create my Nomadic Care account? #

  1. Go to the Nomadic Care website
  2. Click Register
  3. Select Carer Account
  4. Enter:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Password
  5. Click Create Account

You will receive a confirmation email.

Click the link in the email to activate your account.

I didn’t receive the confirmation email #

Check your:

  • Spam or Junk folder
  • Promotions folder (Gmail)

If you still cannot find it:

  1. Return to the login page
  2. Click Resend confirmation email

How do I add the person I care for? #

After logging in:

  1. Click Add Patient
  2. Enter:
    • Name
    • Date of birth
    • Notes (optional)
  3. Click Save

Click the blue “Add Patient” button on the top right corner

Can I add more than one person? #

Yes.

A carer account can manage up to three patients.
