This guide explains how to create a Nomadic Care carer account and add the person you care for.
Setup usually takes 3–5 minutes.
What is a Nomadic Care Carer Account? #
A carer account allows you to manage care for a family member or someone you support.
With a carer account you can:
- Track care tasks
- View care plans
- Invite doctors or clinicians
- Invite other family members to help
- Manage up to 3 patients
You can manage up to 3 people on the standard carer plan.
How do I create my Nomadic Care account? #
- Go to the Nomadic Care website
- Click Register
- Select Carer Account
- Enter:
- Name
- Password
- Click Create Account
You will receive a confirmation email.
Click the link in the email to activate your account.

I didn’t receive the confirmation email #
Check your:
- Spam or Junk folder
- Promotions folder (Gmail)
If you still cannot find it:
- Return to the login page
- Click Resend confirmation email
How do I add the person I care for? #
After logging in:
- Click Add Patient
- Enter:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Notes (optional)
- Click Save

Click the blue “Add Patient” button on the top right corner
Can I add more than one person? #
Yes.
A carer account can manage up to three patients.
